iPPC-4801-IoT CR is a panel-mount Windows 10 IoT Enterprise computer that combines a touch display, processing and serial and Ethernet connectivity in one unit. It suits engineers who need an operator interface and a local data acquisition or control node in the same enclosure, without a separate PC and monitor.
The 10.4-inch TFT screen uses a 5-wire resistive touch panel and runs at 800 x 600. Processing is handled by an Intel Atom E3845 quad-core CPU with 4 GB DDR3 SDRAM and a 128 GB SSD, with a CF card slot for additional storage. Non-volatile MRAM and EEPROM are included for data retention, and the unit provides dual watchdog timers and a real-time clock.
Connectivity includes one RJ-45 10/100/1000 Base-TX Ethernet port, two RS-232/RS-422/RS-485 serial ports and two USB 2.0 host ports. The power input accepts +10 ~ 30 VDC with 1500 VDC isolation and supports redundant inputs. The fanless metal casing has a front panel rated NEMA 4/IP65 and operates from -20 ~ +60 °C. Remote I/O expansion is supported through Ethernet and RS-485 I/O modules.
