The RYWDB00 CR adds dual-band Wi-Fi to hardware that offers a mini PCIe slot. It supports single-spatial stream IEEE 802.11a/b/g/n on 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz, with 20 MHz and 40 MHz channel bandwidths, and connects to the host over a USB 2.0 HS signal on the mini PCIe interface.
Its integrated power amplifier provides transmit power up to +18 dBm, and receive sensitivity is specified as low as -96.5 dBm. In access point mode it accepts up to 16 clients, and open, WPA and WPA2 encryption are available. The rated operating range is -40 ~ +85 °C, and the card is listed with FCC, RoHS and WEEE certifications.
