PMD-4206-SC CR is a web-based power meter concentrator that collects power data from ICP DAS Modbus power meters and Modbus I/O modules, logs readings and applies simple control logic, all configured from a browser or the front-panel touch display. No separate software tool or programming is needed, as the control logic is edited through the built-in web pages.
The unit combines a 10.4" TFT touch panel with PoE (IEEE 802.3af) support and can be panel mounted. Connectivity covers two RS-485 ports and one Ethernet port, and the device can read up to 24 Modbus power meter modules plus 8 Modbus I/O modules, with a maximum of 16 Modbus TCP modules. Built-in IF-THEN-ELSE logic, timers and schedules support power demand management and load shedding, while alarms can be sent via LINE, Telegram, Email or WeChat. The WeChat option requires an Enterprise WeChat account in China.
Supported protocols include Modbus TCP/RTU, SNMP, FTP and MQTT, with connections to Microsoft Azure, IBM Bluemix and ICP DAS IoTstar cloud services. This Simplified Chinese version is intended for use in China only.
