The GPS-721-MRTU is a remote GPS receiver module that delivers position data over RS-232 or RS-485 using NMEA 0183, DCON or Modbus RTU. Its 66-channel tracking and MediaTek chipset suit engineers who need reliable positioning data inside a compact DIN-rail enclosure.
Timing and I/O: A 100 ms PPS pulse per second output supports precise timekeeping and time measurement, and the PPS function can be combined with another source for time synchronisation. A single open-collector digital output is also provided for general-purpose switching.
The module accepts a 10 to 30 VDC non-regulated supply with reverse polarity protection and operates from -25 to +75 °C. A 5 m GPS antenna (ANT-115-03) is included with this ordering code.
