ZT-2024 CR is a ZigBee router module that brings four 12-bit analogue outputs into a wireless network. Each channel can be set independently to 0 ~ +10 VDC, -10 VDC ~ +10 VDC, 0 ~ +5 VDC, -5 VDC ~ +5 VDC, 0 ~ +20 mA or +4 mA ~ +20 mA, which makes it suited to driving actuators, valves and drives where cabling is impractical.
The module supports DCON and Modbus RTU protocols and is compliant with the ZigBee 2007 Pro standard, with up to 255 slaves supported. Transmission power is adjustable from 10 dBm to 19 dBm (EIRP) using the utility, giving a line-of-sight range of 300 m to 700 m depending on the RF setting. Module address, protocol, checksum, ZT-PID, ZT-channel and type code are set with the external DIP and rotary switches, and a Windows GUI configuration utility is also available.
For fail-safe operation, each channel has configurable power-on and safe output values, and a watchdog timer monitors the module and communication. The unit is DIN-rail mounted, operates from +10 VDC to +30 VDC and is rated for -25 °C to +75 °C. The manufacturer lists this variant for Asia only, so confirm regional availability before ordering.
