The G-4514D-4GC CR is a power saving programmable automation controller with an integrated cellular transceiver, built for remote M2M monitoring where mains power is limited. Its solar charger for 12V lead-acid batteries lets it run from a small solar installation, and the LCD display provides on-site status. This variant uses the frequency band for China and is intended for Asia only.
The controller combines 8 analogue inputs (0 ~ 20 mA, 12-bit), 3 digital inputs, 3 open-collector digital outputs and a Form C relay output, so it can read field sensors and switch local equipment. Communication options include a 10/100Base-T(X) Ethernet port, RS-232 and RS-485 serial ports, and TCP/UDP client connections over 4G LTE. The unit runs an embedded MiniOS7 with anti-virus protection and supports SD card storage.
Typical deployments include hydrologic and wind monitoring, as well as vehicle monitoring and tracking systems. The metal housing is DIN-rail or wall mountable, with an operating temperature range of -15 ~ +55 °C.
