The ZT-2060-IOG CR is a ZigBee wireless I/O module for building pair-connection systems, in which digital inputs on one module drive relay outputs on others. It combines six isolated wet-contact digital inputs with four Form A power relays rated at 5 A, so a single unit can both sense field signals and switch loads.
Each module can be set as a ZigBee Coordinator or a ZigBee Router using external switches. The Coordinator processes and distributes messages: any DI state change is reported to it, it calculates the resulting DO states across the system, and it periodically broadcasts those states to the Router modules so that all relay outputs stay synchronised.
For installation and resilience, the unit offers configurable I/O pairing, a safe value setting for relay outputs when wireless communication is lost, AES-128 encryption for wireless traffic and adjustable RF output power. It mounts on DIN-rail, runs from +10 VDC to +30 VDC at up to 1.4 W and operates from -25 to +75 °C.
