XV111 CR is a 16-channel digital output expansion board for PAC I/O systems. Each channel is photocoupler-isolated and switches sink-type (NPN) loads powered between 3.5 and 50 VDC, with up to 600 mA per channel.
Outputs are protected against overvoltage (60 VDC) and overload, and each channel is short-circuit protected, which helps the board survive wiring faults in the field. Power-on output states can be programmed, so the outputs can be set to a defined state when the system starts.
The board communicates over a single RS-232 port using Modbus/RTU at 115200 bps, N, 8, 1. It draws 0.2 W maximum from a 5 VDC terminal block supply, with 3750 VDC intra-module isolation and ±4 kV contact / ±8 kV air ESD protection. The XV111A offers the same specification with the output type reversed.
