PMD-2206-SC CR is a web-based power meter concentrator that collects power data from ICP DAS Modbus power meters and I/O modules, records it to a microSD card and presents it on a built-in 7-inch touch panel or through a browser. Configuration is done through web pages, so no separate software tool or programming is needed to set up logic control.
The unit reads power meters over its two RS-485 COM ports or over Ethernet, supporting up to 24 ICP DAS Modbus power meter modules and 8 Modbus I/O modules in total. An IF-THEN-ELSE logic engine, timers and schedules let it adjust I/O devices according to power status, which supports power demand management and load shedding. Alarms can be sent by LINE, Telegram, Email or WeChat.
Data is shared with back-end systems over Modbus TCP/RTU, SNMP, FTP and MQTT, and it can connect to Microsoft Azure, IBM Bluemix or ICP DAS IoTstar Cloud. This is the Simplified Chinese version, intended for China only, and its WeChat alarm function requires an Enterprise WeChat account in China.
