ZT-2043 CR is a wireless digital output module that switches 14 channels remotely over a ZigBee network. The CR suffix denotes the ZigBee Router variant, which can also act as a repeater to extend the reach of a mesh. Each channel is a sink-type open-collector output with photo-coupler isolation, so the module can drive external loads without sharing a ground reference with the controller.
The module operates in the 2.4 GHz ISM band and is designed for ZigBee 2007 Pro. Transmit power can be adjusted between 10 dBm and 19 dBm EIRP, and the line-of-sight range is quoted as 300 m to 700 m depending on the RF setting. Each output has short circuit and overload protection, and power-on and safe values can be configured so that outputs take a defined state on start-up or on communication loss.
Configuration is done with DIP and rotary switches for address, protocol and channel settings, or with the Windows GUI configuration software. Communication uses DCON or Modbus RTU, and the module is intended for DIN-rail installation. The manufacturer lists this variant as Asia only.
