WISE-2246M CR is a metal-cased IIoT edge controller for remote logic control and monitoring. Rules are set up on web pages in a browser, so IF-THEN-ELSE logic, timers and schedules can be configured without a separate programming tool.
The controller can connect up to 32 DCON or Modbus RTU slave modules, with COM3 and COM4 each supporting up to 16, plus up to 16 Modbus TCP slave modules. It also handles XV-board I/O and CGI commands for iCAM IP cameras, and exchanges data over Modbus TCP/RTU, SNMP, FTP and MQTT, which suits it to bridging field devices and IT, MES or SCADA systems.
Typical uses include building and factory automation, machine automation, and remote maintenance or monitoring of unmanned facility rooms. Note that this variant is marked For China Only, and WeChat messaging requires an enterprise WeChat account in China.
