WISE-2241M is an IIoT edge controller that runs control and monitoring logic locally, so engineers can build IF-THEN-ELSE rules without writing code. Configuration is done through a web browser, with no extra software tool required.
The controller gathers data from several sources at once. Its RS-485 ports take XV-board, DCON and Modbus RTU slave modules, with COM3 and COM4 each connecting up to 16 modules, and Ethernet takes Modbus TCP slave modules. Data can be logged and sent back as files or transferred in real time, and CGI commands allow integration with IP cameras and network devices.
For higher-level integration, the unit supports Modbus TCP and RTU, SNMP, FTP and MQTT, and can send LINE and email messages. It connects directly to Microsoft Azure and IBM Bluemix IoT platforms, or to the IoTstar cloud management software. The metal case mounts on a DIN-rail and operates from -25 ~ +75 °C.
