The VP-6239-CE7 CR is a ViewPAC that brings a programmable controller, a 15-inch touch display and a six-key rubber keypad into one enclosure. It runs Windows CE .NET 7.0 on a 32-bit Cortex-A8 processor at 1 GHz, with the InduSoft Web Studio Runtime already installed, so it can serve as both the control logic and the operator interface on the machine.
Three slots accept high-profile I/O modules, and the unit offers one 10/100/1000Base-TX Ethernet port, one non-isolated RS-232 port, one 2500 VDC isolated RS-485 port and three USB connectors. The source also lists CAN bus and FRnet among the expansion options. Its IP65-rated front panel, -20 ~ +70 °C operating range and +10 ~ +30 VDC power input suit demanding panel-mounted installations.
This ordering code is the 15-inch, 300-tag InduSoft variant of the series. The 5.7-inch and 10.4-inch members are sold under separate codes. The ViewPAC is aimed at HMI, SCADA and embedded control projects where combining an IPC and a PLC would add cost and space.
