The VP-3201-CE7 CR is a Standard ViewPAC that combines computing, I/O and operator interface in a single unit. It suits applications where HMI, data acquisition and control need to sit together in one panel-mounted PAC, with I/O expansion available through ICP DAS Ethernet and RS-485 I/O modules.
At its core is a 1.0 GHz Cortex-A8 CPU with 512 MB DDR3 SDRAM and 256 MB Flash. Retained data is stored in 128 KB MRAM and 16 KB EEPROM. Communication is provided by one 10/100/1000BASE-T Ethernet port, one RS-485 port and one RS-232/RS-485 port, both 2500 VDC isolated, plus two USB 2.0 host ports. The unit can be powered from +12 ~ 48 VDC or from PoE.
The 8.4-inch 800 x 600 TFT display has a 5-wire resistive touch panel and runs Windows CE 7.0 with hard real-time capability. The IP65 front panel and fanless design are rated for an operating range of -10 ~ +60 °C, and the unit mounts in a panel cut-out or on a VESA mount.
