The VP-1239-CE7 is a ViewPAC that brings a programmable controller, graphic display and keypad into a single unit. It suits engineers who want local operator interaction without a separate PC and PLC, combining the functions of a WinPAC, a 5.7-inch touch screen and a six-key rubber keypad.
The unit runs a 1 GHz Cortex-A8 CPU under Windows CE .NET 7.0 and comes with InduSoft Web Studio Runtime pre-installed, for HMI, SCADA and embedded control applications. Three slots accept high-profile I/O modules, and the front panel is rated IP65. Connectivity includes one 10/100/1000Base-TX Ethernet port, one non-isolated RS-232 port, one 2500 VDC isolated RS-485 port and two USB connectors.
This ordering code is the 300-tag InduSoft variant with the 5.7-inch display and 3 I/O slots. Its operating range of -20 to +70 °C and 10 to +30 VDC supply make it suitable for panel-mounted installations where a compact, all-in-one controller is required.
