UA-2841M CR is an IIoT communication server that bridges operational technology devices and IT systems. It polls Modbus TCP, Modbus RTU/ASCII and EtherNet/IP devices and publishes the data over OPC UA, MQTT, SNMP and RESTful at the same time, which suits links to MES, ERP, SCADA and cloud services.
Data logging works in two ways. Records can be written directly to a remote MS SQL, MySQL, MariaDB or PostgreSQL database, with up to three database connections and 1000 tags, or saved locally as CSV files on a microSD card. An offline data recovery mechanism is provided for the remote database.
The metal-cased unit runs a quad-core ARM 1.6 GHz CPU with 2 GB DDR4 SDRAM and 8 GB eMMC storage, and mounts on DIN-rail. It accepts +12 ~ +48 VDC power and has an operating temperature range of -25 ~ +70°C.
