The R-9028V1 is an 8-channel analogue voltage output module for the RIO-98x0 redundant I/O system. Each channel is electrically isolated, so the outputs do not interfere with one another, and each can be set to 1~5 V or ±10 V. It suits engineers who need precise control signals for actuators, drives and test rigs in noisy industrial environments.
Output accuracy is ±0.05% FSR, supported by a 16-bit D/A converter. Power-on and safe values define the output state during start-up or abnormal conditions, and short-circuit protection guards channel wiring. Module and channel status are shown by LEDs, including channel high/low alarms.
The module requires a terminal board for field wiring, with RDB-S09 or RDB-D09 listed as the I/O type. Because the module supports redundancy, the system can keep running if a single I/O module fails, with a redundant switching time below 1 ms.
