PROFI-5024 CR is a PROFIBUS DP-V0 slave that adds four isolated analogue outputs to a PROFIBUS network. Each channel supports ±10 V, 0~20 mA or 4~20 mA ranges, so it can drive valves, drives and other analogue actuators from a single fieldbus node.
The module is isolated for robust installation. It provides 3000 VDC DC-to-DC isolation and 3750 Vrms bus-to-logic isolation, along with high-speed iCoupler network isolation and 4 kV ESD protection on each terminal. Stated accuracy is ±0.1% of FSR for voltage output and ±0.2% of FSR for current output.

- Transmission rate detected automatically across 9.6 k to 12 M baud
- I/O configuration performed with the GSD file in any PROFIBUS configurator
The unit is designed for DIN-rail mounting and runs from a 4 W consumption figure, with an operating range of -25 ~ +75℃ and storage from -30 ~ +80 ℃.
