The PMC-5231M-4GE concentrates data from ICP DAS and standard Modbus power meters and I/O devices, then makes it available to energy monitoring and management systems. It suits engineers who need to measure consumption across a site and push the results to a SCADA, MES, IT or IoT back end over a cellular link.
Configuration runs entirely in a web browser, so no separate software tool or custom programming is needed. Real-time and historical power data can be viewed and reported in the browser, and an IF-THEN-ELSE logic engine supports power demand management, with load shedding and alarm notification by LINE, Email or SMS.
The 4G module is specified for the EMEA, Korea, Thailand, India and Taiwan frequency bands. A microSD card logs power data and sends the log files on automatically after a network outage. The metal case is designed for DIN-rail or wall mounting.
