IWS-6201-CE7-1500 is a panel-mounted InduSoft PAC that combines a RISC-based controller with a 15-inch TFT touch display in a ruggedised flat-panel computer. It runs the InduSoft Runtime with a 1500-tag licence on Windows CE 7.0, making it suited to operator interfaces and control tasks where a single front-panel unit must handle both.
The unit has no I/O slots, so it is supplied as a standalone controller with communication ports for connecting to external devices. It offers Gigabit-rated Ethernet, two USB ports, and three isolated RS-232/RS-485 serial ports. Remote I/O can be added through ICP DAS Ethernet, RS-485, Wi-Fi and ZigBee I/O modules, and a DCON driver for ICP DAS I/O modules is provided.
The fanless design with no moving parts and a NEMA 4/IP65 rated front panel is intended for harsh industrial environments. It operates from -10 ~ +60 °C and can be powered from a +12 VDC ~ +48 VDC supply or from PoE under IEEE 802.3af.
