The GRP-541M-4GE CR bridges Ethernet, serial and CAN devices to a cellular network, with 4G FDD LTE, 3G WCDMA and 2G GSM support and two SIM slots. It suits remote M2M deployments that need to move I/O values, Modbus data or camera video over a mobile connection, and its built-in GPS module, with 32-channel All-In-View tracking, lets it double as a vehicle or asset tracking unit.
Beyond gateway duties, the unit can act as a 4G router and provides port mapping, so networked equipment behind it can be reached remotely. Its serial-to-4G function covers RS-232 and isolated RS-485 devices, and a Micro SD slot (up to 32GB SDHC) adds local storage. The metal casing and wide operating range of -25 ~ +75 °C are aimed at harsh industrial sites.
