The DN-8468YB CR is a 4-axis motion control terminal daughter board for ICP DAS controllers, including the I-8094, I-8094F, I-8094A, I-8094H and PISO-PS400. It is matched to Yaskawa Sigma II, Sigma III and Sigma V servo amplifiers, so engineers can wire pulse outputs, encoder feedback and limit signals to a Yaskawa drive without building their own interface.
Each of the four axis groups carries pulse command lines, encoder feedback, special-purpose inputs for home, near-home and limit switches, and a servo-enable output. Screw terminal connectors simplify wiring, and the connectors can be swapped to reassign axis definitions without rewiring. Onboard photo-coupling isolation helps protect the controller.
An onboard power module generates the voltages needed by the board from a 20 ~ 26 VDC input. Power and status LEDs, including home and limit switch indicators, aid commissioning and fault finding. Where the controller supports FRnet, a dedicated terminal allows high-speed serial I/O expansion.
