DN-8468MB CR is a four-axis terminal board for stepper and servo motion control. It mounts on ICP DAS 4-axis motion controllers such as the I-8094, I-8094F, I-8094A, I-8094H and PISO-PS400, and is configured for the Mitsubishi MELSERVO-J2 servo amplifier.
Each axis has its own group of signals: pulse command outputs, encoder feedback, home, near-home and limit switch inputs, and a servo-enable output. Signals are brought out on screw terminals, and the axis connectors can be swapped to change the axis assignment without rewiring. Photo-coupling isolation protects the controller from the drive side. An onboard power module, fed from 20 ~ 26 VDC, supplies the board's internal circuitry.
The board measures 162 mm x 107 mm and is rated for an operating range of -20 ~ +75 °C. A power LED and status LEDs for home and limit switches aid commissioning and diagnostics. Where the controller supports FRnet, the board also provides an FRnet terminal for high-speed serial I/O expansion.
