DN-831I-100V-200A is a DIN-rail signal conditioner that brings one high-voltage and one high-current measurement point down to levels that standard analog input modules can read. The voltage channel attenuates ±100 V to ±10 V, and the current channel uses a clip-on transformer rated for ±200 A, also scaled to ±10 V.
Each channel is galvanically isolated, with 3000 VDC between modules and 3000 VDC channel to channel, which helps keep noise from the high-voltage side out of the measurement chain. The high input impedance and linear attenuation ratio make the output straightforward to scale in software. The clip-on current transformer has a Φ21 mm aperture and a 1.5 m lead.
The unit is powered from 10 to 30 VDC, draws 1.8 W, and is housed in plastic for DIN-rail mounting. It is specified for operation from -25 to +75 °C and carries CE, UKCA, FCC, RoHS and WEEE marks.
