DN-8237PB CR is a two-axis daughter board that gives pulse-command stepper or servo motion control a screw-terminal interface for wiring. It is designed for ICP DAS 2-axis motion controllers, including the I-8092F and PISO-PS200, and is configured for Panasonic MINAS A4/A5 servo amplifiers.
Each of the four interface groups serves one axis and carries the pulse output command lines, encoder feedback lines, home, near-home and limit switch inputs, and a servo-enable output. Photo-coupling isolation on the board helps protect the controller. The terminal connectors can be swapped to change the axis assignment without rewiring.
An onboard power module accepts a wide 20 ~ 26 VDC input and supplies the voltages needed by the board's other circuitry. Power and status LEDs, including home and limit switch indication, make commissioning and fault checking easier. The board is rated for an operating temperature of -20 ~ +75 °C.
