The DN-8237GB CR is a 2-axis motion control terminal board for ICP DAS controllers such as the I-8092F and PISO-PS200. It breaks out pulse command lines, encoder feedback, home, near-home and limit switch inputs and a servo-enable output for each axis, so stepper or servo drives can be wired directly to the controller.
Each axis has its own group of signals, and the terminal connectors can be swapped to change axis assignment without rewiring. Onboard photo-coupling isolation helps protect the controller, and an integrated power module generates the voltages needed by the board from a 20 ~ 26 VDC supply.
- Suited to general purpose drives, Mitsubishi and Panasonic motor amplifiers.
- FRnet terminal available for high-speed serial I/O expansion where the controller supports FRnet.
