The AXP-9391-IoT CR is a Windows-based programmable automation controller that brings computing, I/O and HMI together in a single metal housing. It suits projects where local visualisation, data acquisition and control need to sit on one device rather than being spread across separate units.
Three I/O expansion slots accept local modules from the I-9K, I-97K and e-9K series. Remote expansion is also possible through Ethernet I/O modules and RS-485 I/O modules, giving engineers a flexible route to distributed I/O. The unit runs Windows 10 IoT Enterprise LTSC (64-bit), so Universal Windows apps and traditional Windows applications can run side by side, and it is specified for use in harsh environments.
Connectivity includes dual 10/100/1000M Ethernet ports, VGA and HDMI display outputs, USB 2.0 and USB 3.0 ports, and a mix of RS-232 and RS-485 serial interfaces with 3000 VDC isolation. The CR variant is described as RoHS compliant.
