The AXP-9051-IoT is a metal standard programmable automation controller running Windows 10 IoT Enterprise LTSC (64-bit). It brings computing, I/O and operator interface together in one housing, which suits projects that need HMI, data acquisition and control in a single PAC.
An Intel Core i5-8365UE processor is paired with 16 GB DDR4 SDRAM and a 128 GB SATA III SSD, with a CFast card slot for additional storage. The platform can run Universal Windows apps and traditional Windows applications side by side. Connectivity includes dual 10/100/1000 Base-TX Ethernet ports, VGA and HDMI display outputs, USB 2.0 and USB 3.0 ports, and isolated RS-232 and RS-485 serial ports. Remote I/O can be added using the manufacturer's Ethernet and RS-485 I/O modules.
Reliability features include a dual watchdog timer, a redundant power input with an alarm relay, and a CPU heat sink with a Smart Fan. The unit operates from -25 ~ +60 °C and supports DIN-rail or wall mounting. This ordering code is listed as RoHS compliant and carries CE, UKCA and WEEE marking.
