The I-8054-G CR is a gray-cover digital I/O module that combines eight isolated digital inputs with eight isolated digital outputs in one low-profile unit. It suits engineers who need discrete sensing and switching in a compact PAC I/O footprint, with the status of every channel visible at a glance.
The inputs accept wet contact signals in both sink and source wiring, with an ON level of +3.5 ~ +30 VDC. The outputs are isolated open collector, sink-type channels rated for a load voltage of +5 VDC ~ +50 VDC and 700 mA per channel, with overload protection on each channel. Sixteen LEDs show the power and communication state along with the I/O channels.
Electrical robustness is built in, with 3750 VDC isolation between the module and field wiring and ±4 kV ESD contact protection on each terminal. The module is rated for an operating range of -25 ~ +75 °C and draws 0.55 W maximum.
