The DB-16P8R CR is a DAQ daughter board that adds 16 optically isolated digital inputs and 8 relay outputs to compatible OPTO-22 style digital I/O cards. It is intended for engineers who need isolated sensing of dry or wet contacts alongside switched relay control in test and automation set-ups.
The board connects directly to the DIO24, DIO48, DIO144, PIO-D144U, PIO-D96U and PIO-D48U digital I/O boards. Each input can be configured for dry or wet contact operation using a jumper. The relay outputs are 8 x Form C with a contact rating of 250 VAC/5A and 30 VDC/5A.
This CR ordering code includes the CA-5015 flat cable (50-pin, 1.5 M), so the board can be connected to the host card straight away. The unit is RoHS and WEEE certified and is rated for an operating temperature of 0 ~ 60°C.
